Customer champion, business and digital/e-commerce
Lisa is a champion for the customer focused on consumer advocacy and delivering world-class experiences. She has deep expertise in merchandising, business operations, digital, e-commerce and developing customer strategies within retail and heath care. Most recently, Lisa served as SVP at OptumRX where she transformed the pharmacy business from a client led business to a consumer centric organization. In her role, she was responsible for all consumer touchpoints – Consumer Innovation and Experience, Call Centers, Digital/E-Commerce, and Marketing. Lisa had a successful career with Best Buy as Senior Vice President of E-Commerce and Business Operations where she played an integral role spearheading the omni-channel strategy and integration and she was Senior Vice President/General Manager Merchandising for a $5B business.
