Ken’s leadership brings passion for improving customer experience and growing sales, via highly engaged employees. He has led multiple organizations, including Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Information Technology. Most recently Ken served as VP of Sales and Marketing for OGE Energy Corp. where he significantly increased the company’s sales growth rate.

Previously, he led OGE’s successful smart grid deployment project, as well as the development and implementation of the award-winning SmartHours® demand response program. Program achievements include the Edison Electric Institute’s Edison Award™, the electric utility industry’s most prestigious honor, and the North American Utility of the Year. Ken holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma. He also feeds his passion for helping others by serving on multiple non-profit boards, including Skyline Urban Ministry and Hope United
