The Challenge
With 10 million home visits per year, HomeCo* was struggling with how to bring connected solutions to their customers in stores and leverage their vast capabilities to enhance retail experiences.
The Solution
Sprosty Network provided insights to understand how to better connect with customers, working side by side with the various HomeCo* business-unit presidents.
We deployed a full team of skilled operators supported by Sprosty Network’s deep retail expertise to create a new, cross-category retail lab at HomeCo’s* Headquarters. We partnered with the HomeCo* team to determine the innovative in-store design and technology to support the launch of an interactive and improved customer experience. We launched 40 live in-store experiences, onboarded new customer provisioning capabilities and operationalized three prototypes.
The Result
With the help of Sprosty Network, HomeCo* built and launched a new business unit to manage cross-category initiatives on an on-going basis.Â
The success of the pilot stores cemented connectivity as an integral part of their core corporate strategy and as a key component of their private label platform, positioning them for scale in subsequent refinements of the smart home store concept.
