Dawn has 20 years of leadership experience in New Product Development, Senior-level Program and Project Management, and Financial and Partner Management, most notably in the Business-to-Business sector. She is a skilled new product development owner with the ability to shepherd an idea from strategy through execution. She is engaged in connecting business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platforms and has led global marketing teams, building cross-functional team trust and effectiveness to deliver on strategic brand promises.

Prior to joining Sprosty, Dawn served as the Global Product Marketing Director for CWT, where she was the executive program leader for the creation and launch of CWT’s brand identity, brand positioning, and value proposition. She also developed the strategy and launched a “test and trial” pilot to enter the small-managed-business (SMB) segment, responsible for the pilot offering, lead generation, sales, implementation, onboarding, and growth.

Dawn received her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her International MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business.
