Lisa is a venturesome, senior-level leader that creates strategic direction and implements business and technical frameworks to drive engagement, advocacy, and growth for global brands. She has deep experience in strategy, business development, customer experience, and marketing. Most recently, Lisa served as Vice President of Consumer Strategy and Marketing at Optum creating a customer experience maturity strategy and 20+ internal consulting team to deliver multi-channel experiences, service excellence, and business outcomes across Optum’s diverse healthcare business segments representing $135B in revenue annually.

Prior to Optum, she led her own consulting practice, helping high-growth organizations in retail, healthcare, hospitality, and facilities management strengthen and diversify their growth strategies, customer experiences, and business models. She previously held leadership roles in strategy and marketing at Best Buy, Supervalu, and Nash Finch Company.

She’s also an experienced board director, serving on both start-up and non-profit boards and recently achieved the NACD Directorship Certification®. She earned her Bachelor of Journalism and MBA from the University of Nebraska.
