This concept leads most often to single value streams because the process that led to the innovative result is not scalable. We believe enduring value creation, continuous customer engagement and enterprise growth are the result of a scalable, repeatable process we call Pragmatic Innovation.

Our workshop practice provides the structured framework within which innovative thinking thrives.  Each workshop starts by grounding teams in relevant industry trends and facts. Subsequent ideation is surfaced through the use of leading innovation techniques ranging from Design Thinking and Customer Value Proposition analysis, to Business Model Canvas utilization. Each workshop is custom tailored to meet businesses where they are along the innovation continuum and relative to the specific business objectives and challenges being addressed.

Team² is Sprosty Network’s approach to project-based, active learning that combines traditional advisory services with team-based working groups working on a live, important project. It is supported by consultant coaches who guide the teams and often, key individual employees. The overarching intent of the Team² framework is to accelerate the path to results through an engagement model that builds productivity, teamwork, alignment and professional development. Project success is measured by a client’s individual employee’s role in achieving results plus our success in delivering the additional benefits of accelerated professional development (leadership, business acumen, and team-building skills). Often, driven client employees experience enhanced career progression as a result of the experiences and opportunities that result from this process.
