Her career spans executive leadership roles across retail, entertainment, and technology, including launching e-commerce at Payless and spending a decade at Disney developing and bringing to market chart-topping artists and global franchises, from Hilary Duff to Hannah Montana. At Best Buy, she helped define and scale emerging categories including smart home and health, creating new areas of growth for the business. As a consultant, she has led innovation and growth initiatives across energy and utilities, telecom, retail, healthcare, and pharma.

As a long-standing contributor to the Sprosty Network, Kelly co-created and leads the RetailXelerator program and designs executive immersion and growth initiatives that help organizations identify and act on what’s next. She is known for bringing energy, clarity and momentum to her work.
