CoreTech was looking to identify new growth opportunities faced with compression from mobile phone penetration and threat from competitive moves in IoT and big data. 

CoreTech had been aggressively investing in edge computing and asked Sprosty Network to help them identify growth opportunities in IoT.

The Solution

Sprosty worked with CoreTech to identify IoT based vertical solutions across multiple industries prioritizing those that leveraged its expertise in edge computing and decision making to create new business growth opportunities that would move arm closer to the customer.

Using our growth strategy process, we identified “high value” customer problems matched with core technology solutions that can be delivered by CoreTech each of which was then analyzed within a business model and prioritized.

The Result

Sprosty Network created a portfolio of industry solution targeting the Transportation and Logistics vertical allowing CoreTech to leverage its MBED IoT platform for growth business’ that extends beyond the silicon.
