PartsCo was faced with having to create an internal fleet tracking solution that could transform their business model and support their business architecture to quickly validate a solution to connect their drivers with partner garages and create a new ecosystem for fleet management.

The Solution

PartsCo leveraged customer innovation capability to design a connected car experience and B2B fleet test. Diagnostic data provided efficiencies and connected their B2B2C online garage to the cloud to drive traffic to the retail stores, resulting in a successful investment by the M&A team.
