The Challenge
Virgin Mobile is a no-contract nationwide wireless service provider with millions of subscribers. The company offers a selection of wireless handsets ranging from entry-level devices to rich-featured smartphones available at more than 40,000 retail and convenience stores throughout the country.
Retail merchants approached Sprosty Network, as they were looking to complement Virgin Mobile’s handset sales with a range of simple, easily sold branded accessories.
The Solution
Sprosty Network worked with Virgin Mobile to create a licensed accessories solution for retail partners, including the top 4 retailers in the US.
The resulting product and manufacturing plan delivered a line of accessories consistent with Virgin Mobile’s quality and branding expectations. Universal compatibility leveraged a “designed for retail” mindset that minimized inventory and shelf-space investment requirements.

Our approach complemented Virgin Mobile’s focus on their core business, while creating more value for both Virgin Mobile and their retail partners.
Managing the program from production planning through logistics allowed us to consistently meet demanding retail timelines in support of each handset launch. The resulting multi-year program was a win-win solution for both Virgin Mobile and its retail partners.
