Working alongside Adorama, Sprosty leveraged these best-of-breed practices to custom-build new merchandising, promotional, inventory and forecasting processes to support Adorama’s aggressive growth targets. Our team developed and coded unique forecasting tools to provide the company with new ways to look at the structure of their business.
A new operating structure was developed for the merchandising team, resulting in greater communication and accountability across Adorama’s various teams. We didn’t simply create the structure and walk away. Instead, our team worked side-by-side with Adorama, coaching them through the complete implementation of their new strategy.

The company has significantly improved their performance, increasing revenues and margins to record highs. Moving from a product-focused strategy to a customer-focused strategy by fully implementing the operating structure we developed, Adorama now experiences double-digit growth year over year.
Adorama’s Black Friday/Cyber Monday business more than doubled the following year after instituting Sprosty-developed processes.
