The Sprosty team got to work, first assisting SecurityCo with creating a strong offer and value proposition that could be successfully executed in a retail environment. This included identifying and supporting the creation of retail-operating capabilities to support sales, set-up and activation.

After the initial development, our team created retail displays and fixtures to clearly demonstrate the product and its unique value proposition. Throughout the entire process, from development to deployment, we acted as the company’s outsourced business development team. We identified and facilitated commercial transactions between SecurityCo and retailers.

Our job wasn’t to simply create a new channel and walk away. Instead, it was our responsibility to partner with and support SecurityCo as they brought their product to market through development, training, labor and beyond.
