John’s expertise is supporting his clients in developing new businesses. He accomplishes this by analyzing the market and channel landscape; creating superior value propositions; positioning products and services in a differentiated manner; and by winning assortment into national, regional retailers and e-commerce sites. In the past 8 years, as an independent consultant, he has generated more than $300M in new sales for his clients. Clients have included entrepreneurial $50M to $10B Fortune 500 companies. As a result of the value John brings to his engagements, multiple clients have retained him for more than 2 years.

Prior roles include VP and GM at Hewlett Packard, Nokia and Eastman Kodak. In these roles, he has led customer facing sales, marketing and customer service organizations. John honed his consulting skills while working as a consultant at Bain & Co. John holds a BS and MS in Chemical Engineering and a Master’s in Management Science from MIT Sloan.
